Professional Executive Search has an ongoing program for acquiring the very
best talent in the marketplace which we refer to as the “Candidate Referral
Program”. The Candidate Referral Program provides a finder’s fee to those
individuals giving Professional Executive Search qualified candidates that
result in a job placement by our company. The more information you can
provide us the better the probability of placement. So please feel free to
provide us as much candidate information as you can. Since there may be a
duplication of names, both from other people providing referrals under the
Candidate Referral Program, and by our own recruiters who may already be
working with a candidate, Professional Executive Search reserves the right to
determine if a Referral Fee is due, and to whom.
Referral Fees
Referral fees will be paid based on the
salary of the individual placed. Fees will
be paid after the candidate has
begun work and has remained in the
position for a period of 90 days. All referrals
will be treated with absolute confidentiality
and your name will never be mentioned or
otherwise conveyed to any candidate or
employer without your express permission.
